These trade and delivery terms apply to goods purchased at FamliiShop.com.

 

 

All prices are given in Euro including vat. Famliishop.com reserve the right to price changes, typing errors, technical errors and unsold goods. The prices are day prices. Freight and delivery charges are disclosed before you buy and are not a part of the price. 

The discount in "%" is always taken from the product's cheapest variant.

Payment can be made by using one of the following: Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. The amount will be charged to your card 24 hours after we have sent your product(s). We do not take a card fee.

Payment is made through the safe and secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that outsiders cannot read your card details. 

We reserve the right to control the personal details given to see if they are true.

When paying by card the amount will only be charged to your account after your product(s) has been sent. From our warehouse. The amount charged can never exceed that which you have approved at the time of purchase. 

When you shop at Famliishop.com you will always have 14 days exchange or return right where we ask you to notify us, whether you regret the purchase or whether you wish to exchange the product and therefore return the product to us.

In the case of return/exchange goods will the cost of doing so be your responsibility, as is the liability for any damage under transport. However, we will pay for any newly exchanged goods, we send to you. You carry the risk from when the goods are delivered and when returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are securely wrapped.

The right of return/exchange starts the day after you have received the goods. If the deadline runs out on a public holiday, or Saturday, the deadline is extended to the next weekday.

We will only receive packages sent directly to us. We will not accept packages sent to a package shop.

Note: we will not receive packages by cash on delivery or such like. Remember to send the goods in proper packaging. 

Packages not collected from package shops within 14 days will automatically be returned to Famliishop.com We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of Euro 16,- for uncollected packages to cover handling, administration costs and packaging. 

When you have placed an order with Famliishop.com, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order.

Remember to be aware that the order confirmation may end up in the spam box.

When we receive your order we will pack it as quickly as possible, and send it. You will receive a new mail the same day the order is sent. 

We use Bring as our delivering partner. Delivery time is between 2-5 Business days, if the order is given before the day´s deadline. The price for delivery appears clearly before payment. 

When ordering several goods, where one has a longer delivery time, we will send the goods when they are all ready to be sent. If there is a longer delivery time you will be made aware of it. Goods with a longer delivery time will be described on the website.  

You can always order a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.  

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is a guideline, and famliishop.com cannot be held responsible for any delays. 

When we receive the goods, we will check them. And you will be refunded the amount you have paid (including delivery costs – this does not include extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen another delivery form than the cheapest standard delivery, that we provide). The amount will always be transferred to the same payment type, that you used when paying. That is to say to the same card you used. 

You will not be notified when we have received your return shipment. You will be notified when the order has been refunded.

It can take up to 7 banking days before the money is visible in your account (from the time the bookkeeper has processed your return).

Note: you can lose your purchase mount completely or partly. This happens if the value of the goods is reduced because: 

  • You have really used the product
  • It has been damaged whilst you were responsible for it
  • If you have used the goods in another manner than that which it was meant for in order to determine the nature of the goods properties etc.
  • You have not followed the limits of the right to return

Note: the goods must be returned in the original packaging. 

When you shop at Famliishop.com,then you accept that some products include a foreign manual, it could e.g. be English, Swedish or Norwegian and not a Danish.

If you have any questions about the use and application of a product, you are always welcome to contact us. You are of course also welcome to contact us in advance to find out which manual is included.

When purchasing products at Famliishop.com buy everything for the whole family in one webshop! It is also accepted that the actual product ordered via the website can be delivered in packaging that may show the product with additional accessories, other colours, other specification description, etc.

This is because we buy in bulk, get a good price, with the proviso that the producers must be allowed to pack the products in packaging that is also used for other models, or sales in other markets.

Your purchase is covered by the shopping law, including the deficiency rules. That means, that you can get a deficient good repaired, exchanged, money returned or a discount in the price dependent on the particular situation. The claim must be authentic and that the deficiency is not a result of wrongful use of the product or other damaging behaviour.  

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to support@famliishop.com within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

If the claim is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable)delivery costs.  

Remember that the goods must be sent in sound packaging and get a receipt for postage. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Save the postage receipt as well as the delivery costs and the track and trace number.  

Buying goods from Famliishop.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts. 

When you shop or contact us in many instances you will be asked for the following information: 

  • Name 
  • Address 
  • E-mail address
  • Card information
  • Telephone/mobile number 

The registration of this information is a condition that the purchase can be implemented. The information above is saved along with information of the goods purchased for 5 years from the beginning of the financial year the information relates to. This is a condition of the bookkeeping law §10, after which they are deleted. 

This information is not given, or sold to third-parties, unless there is a restructuring or sale in part or whole of the business. Any disclosure will in such a situation happen according to the appropriate personal data law of the time.  

In connection with purchases and inquiries will we also save: 

  • Buying and behaviour history, including the type of goods or service you have bought, and when you bought them 
  • Service status, service history, return of goods, complaints, repairs

By using famliishop.com you accept that we use cookies. A cookie is a little data file, which we place on your computer in order to keep track of what happens under your visit and to recognise the computer. A cookie is not a programme and does not contain a virus.
