Return and exchange service 

When you shop at we always offer 14 days right of return of the goods, calculated from the day after the goods were received. 

If you wish to return a product, you have to print and fill out our return slip. Send to us along with the goods and a copy of the invoice, if you have it. Kindly contact us at customer service via mail before you return the goods, and please state your order number. 

Note: when you return goods it must with general distribution, as we do not receive packages from parcel shops or packages sent on COD. 


Returned goods must be in the original packaging and responsibly packed. You must pay the return freight.  

When the goods are received, and they have been checked, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 days. We will refund the money to the same card used at the time of purchase. It can take up to 7 banking days before the money is in your account. 

A return can take up to 14 days to process after receipt. Note that you, the customer, are responsible for, that we receive the package. Therefore, save the track and trace number so that the package can be followed, so you can present proof of return. Kindly return the goods as quickly as possible and latest 14 days after you have changed your mind. 

Note:  You can lose your purchase amount in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the goods is reduced because:

  • You have actually taken the item into use 
  • It has been damaged, whilst you were responsible for it 
  • You have used the product in another way, than was necessary, in order to determine the nature of the product, properties, etc. 
  • You have not complied with the restrictions on the right of return, that result from the sealing, item type, etc. 

All shipments must be made by delivery to We do not collect packages from the post office.

It is important to us, that the goods you receive are flawless when delivered. You have 2 years right of complaint on all products on manufacturing- and material defects (missing parts). All shopping at is covered by the Purchasing Act, including the defect rules. 

If you should receive defective goods, please contact our customer service or call Tlf. +0045 25 94 24 84 (Monday - Thursday 10,00 – 13.00) as soon as possible and give a detailed description of the defect, with picture documentation of the problem if possible.   

Subsequently it will be possible to get the product repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This presupposes that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred due to wrongful use of the product or other damaging behaviour.  

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly occurred as a result of wrongful use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention. 

Note: with complaints, always contact our customer service department first. 

The law states that complaints must be made within “reasonable time”. We recommend that our customers complain as quickly as possible, so that we can solve the problem together as quickly as possible.
