The lamps come with a built-in battery and solar panel which ensures that the lamps are charged during the day and when darkness falls, a beautiful lighting effect.

Solar cell lamps work best when placed where there is as much direct sun as possible, although they are also charged in normal daylight during the bright months of the year. If the lights get full sunlight, they will have a typical operating time of 4-8 hours. Make sure to keep the solar panel free of dirt for optimal charging. However, one must be aware that solar cell lamps are most of all intended for cozy lighting, not as ordinary, outdoor lamps.

Of course, a ground spike is included with each lamp (when unpacking: located inside the lamp housing itself) which is screwed to the bottom of the lamps with a snap. Should water enter the lamp, the bottom of the spear is made so that water can quickly and effortlessly run out of the lamp housing and thereby not destroying the vital parts.

Correct charging the first time

• Switch on the solar lamp again the next day for charging
• Find the sunniest location, turn on the light in the morning and turn it off first in the evening
• Continue the procedure until the lamp has been in the sun for 36 hours (without using the light)

Solar cell lamps can be expected to be more unstable than ordinary cozy lamps which are connected with a cord, but if you can live with that, then they are in turn super cozy.
